Thanks for post but in mp3 I see only CD1.
Where is a link for CD2 download?

  2. Jason Tenney Says:

i thought maybe it was just me…but yep…a link to disc 2 would be greatly appreciated…i grabbed the flac and i am really digging the show! thank you!

I missed this one, I was travelling 350 miles overnight on the bus to see the following night’s show at the same venue. Had a great time in Glasgow staying with a trader mate i regularly swapped Bob shows with, BUT this is a rough tour featuring some of the most erratic and poor Bob performances of recent times. A few points of interest here, firstly the return of Ian Wallace (from 78 tour) on drums, we all thought this would be good thing, it wasn’t! secondly this is unusual in that most of the principal tapers had switched to the new DAT recorders at the neginning of this tour, thirdly this show at least has a far more unusual and interesting setlist than the ragbag Hammersmith shows that followed. I was at all those shows as I had aleady purchased tickets on the strength of the majestic shows 12 months earlier.

It will be interesting to revisit this as the last time i was listening to my mate’s recording whilst recovering from the mother of all hangovers. Anyway if the wise and excellent JTT considers it worth the investment of his time then it has to be worth another listen.

I’ve just remembered, isn’t this the show where Bob screws up Pos 4th street and the band just keep looping around on the riff. There were so many mess ups on this tour (mostly from Bob) it’s hard to recall them all!

    To all and especially Tony

New (I think) transfer of 3 July 78 Paris show from taper ‘LTA’ appears to be from master, here

ps If you haven’t got the new Crystal Cat yet you are missing out big time – get it here

    take care all

  5. Grant Says:

    Excellent, thanks Mat!

Good points DylanDave – I can see what you mean. (It DOES sound like Bob gets a bit lost on Positively 4th) I’m such a fan of basically all Dylan eras though…. this was from the era when I first started going to Dylan concerts so I’m sentimental for it.

Hey Dave, just to let you know when you post more than one link in the comments it automatically throws it into my moderate queue. No big deal and I appreciate the links, but that’s why those comments don’t show up here immediately.

About the missing MP3s you’ll have to wait until next week. I’m not gonna have access to the files until then. I apprently didn’t upload them at all.

Sorry about that. Actually can someone let me know if CD 1 is actually this show and not another one? The zip file is labeled a little weird (its 03/02/91 not 02/03/91)

  8. Grant Says:

I downloaded the FLAC version (which seemed to work great) so I’m not sure about the answer to that one, Mat.

  9. steve Says:

Is the second disc for MP3 going to be posted? It’d be appreciated :)

  10. Mat Brewster Says:

Sorry Steve, totally forgot. Can you tell me which songs are missing? Is it actually all of CD2?

  11. steve Says:

Yes, it is all of disc two. Under the Red Sky through Watchtower. Thanks

  12. Mat Brewster Says:

Link fixed, thanks for your patience

  • New Repost Policy: With the near constant flux and changes being made by the main file hosting sites I no longer feel any show that I post will be around permanently. Because of this I will no longer be reposting any old show. Once it is gone, it is gone. I am terribly sorry about this, but my time is limited and I simply cannot spend all of it reposting shows.
